Through our IT consultancy we based ourselves in the heart of the IT department, using our own experience within the logistics industry to quickly get to grips with the day-to-day workings of the business.

Having collected and assessed workflows, monitored activity and interviewed key staff from the leadership to the IT support team, we developed a report for senior management giving detailed recommendations as well as a prioritised action plan for implementing them.
On a short-term level, our advice was an important first step – not just enabling staff to be more productive, but aiding morale by reducing their frustrations with their technology.
Over time, our improvements also gave the team confidence to get more value out of their systems by using them more widely – and the confidence to push ahead with other IT projects to drive their business forward.
